The Penney

An indoor-outdoor casual fine-dining terrace restaurant
showcase for Chef Jon Butler’s ingredient-driven, locally
sourced, seasonal Californian Menu.
For romantics, bask in the panoramic views of the lake and mountains from the terrace and dining room; for mavericks, revel in the hubbub of the sunken cocktail/dining bar and indulge in a tasting flight from the rare-spirits library.

The Penney

Named after artist and active DI resident Frederick Doyle Penney (1900-1988), this is Chef Jon Butler’s full-scale culinary canvas, a casually impeccable showcase for his ingredient-driven, locally-sourced menu. It features a vast rare spirits library, sunken horseshoe bar and terrace dining, with spectacular views of the lake and the mountains. View this week’s menu.

Parlour

Our glamorous piano cocktail lounge for rascals. With
DJs on Friday and Saturday evenings, a calendar of live
entertainment, a vintage pool table and selection of board
games, Parlour also serves a delectable lite-bites menu
and an adventurous craft cocktail list to journey your way
through.
